  1. PREFERRED ROOM BENEFIT. Non-transferable. Members shall receive the following discounts off food and beverage at all outlets at selected hotels below:

    1. Artemis Restaurant: Twenty percent (20%) discount off food and beverage
    2. The Oriental Restaurant: Fifteen percent (15%) discount off food and beverage
    3. Tal Al-Rumman Restaurant – Jerash: Ten percent (10%) discount off food and beverage
    4. Jadara Resort, Umm Qais: Twenty percent (20%) discount off food and beverage
    5. Leaves Restaurant & Café: Twenty percent (20%) discount off food and beverage
    6. Fai Rooftop: Twenty percent (20%) discount off food and beverage

  1. GUEST ROOM BENEFIT. Non-transferable. Members shall receive the following guest room benefits:

    1. Early Check In/Late Check Out Benefit Members shall be entitled to a flexible check-in time not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time, and flexible check-out time not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time • Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out
    2. Complimentary Upgrade Benefit. : Members shall be entitled to a complimentary upgrade to the next available room category, when booked at the preferred room rate • Subject to availability at the time of check-in

  1. MEDICAL BENEFIT. Non-transferable. Members shall receive the following discounts at BIOSTAR Labs:
    1. Forty percent (40%) off all medical tests
    2. Twenty Jordanian Dinars (JOD 20) off COVID PCR tests
  1. eCERTIFICATES. Non-transferable. Travel Select consists of the following eCertificates for use at selected hotels, with terms & conditions as mentioned on each eCertificate:
    1. 2 x USD 20 Dining Cash eCertificate Two (2) certificates to enjoy a credit to the value of USD 20 each, for full or part payment towards your restaurant bill, valid at any restaurant during your stay at the hotel. eCertificate can be redeemed against food and beverage at any restaurant ONLY when staying at the hotel. Valid only at the restaurants in the hotel of stay. Credit value of this certificate will be refunded only after the restaurant bill has been presented
    2. 1 x ‘2 for 1’ Room eCertificate One (1) certificate to enjoy the second (2nd) night complimentary when paying for the first (1st) night at the best available rate, valid at selected hotels outside Jordan. Paid night must be booked at the hotel’s best available published rate
    3. 1 x ‘2 for 1’ Room eCertificate One (1) certificate to enjoy the second (2nd) night complimentary when paying for the first (1st) night at the best available rate, valid at selected hotels. Paid night must be booked at the hotel’s best available published rate
    4. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Lunch or Dinner eCertificate One (1) certificate to enjoy a second complimentary buffet or main meal on the purchase of the first buffet or main meal, valid at any restaurant during your stay at the hotel.

  • Non-transferable
  • Valid membership number/certificate code must be provided at the time of reservation to redeem benefit
  • Subject to advance reservation directly with Travel Select
  • No cancellation and refund policy is applicable
  • eCertificate has no cash value
  • eCertificate may not be sold via third party channels
  • Valid any day, except black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement

Additional terms and conditions for accommodation certificates:

  • Valid for single/double occupancy in a standard room accommodation, on a room only basis, including tax and service charge
  • Valid on a room only basis unless hotel is on a specific meal plan (e.g. bed and breakfast, all inclusive)
  • Valid at selected hotels only
  • Paid night must be booked at the hotel’s best available rate.
  • The lowest nightly rate will qualify as the complimentary night
  • Only one eCertificate may be redeemed per stay
  • Additional tourism fees may apply in certain cities based on government regulation
  • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers, or any other room benefit eCertificate
  • In case of no show, the eCertificate will not be available for use again at a later date
